I am often asked to help support parents in their conscious parenting journey and to better manage particular challenges they are faced with, in a kind and loving way. Typical questions I am asked have to do with managing the strong will of a young child, sibling rivalry, anxious and nervous children, behaviour issues, dealing with critical relatives with different parenting views to one’s own, finding harmony between the different views of each parent, dealing with children’s anger, one’s own anger, rhythm of the day, and sleeping and eating issues.
I offer face to face counselling and, if needed, ongoing support while parents make changes.
